The SIPOne™ is a stand alone Sterilising In Place System for the BioPharma, Medical and Critical Processing Industries. Developed over 45 years, it provides a robust, reliable means of supplying repeatable, validatable, controllable SIP sterilisation.

Built to hygienic and sanitary standards and complying with ASME BPE, GAMP, ISPE and 21CFR11, the SIPOne™ is often combined into other Suncombe products.

• 316L Stainless steel wetted parts, smooth, crevice-free construction

• PTFE elastomers and tri-clamp connections

• Enclosed head orbital welding to EN287/15614

• BioPharma instrumentation and Diaphragm valves

• Certified surface finishes to 0.4 ra and optionally electropolished
