Our expert in-house factory fabrication allows direct contact with the building process. Our construction engineers have years of experience and implement the latest technologies and standards to achieve precise solutions time and time again. This allows us to design, test and manufacture products that are tailored to your every need. Of these products our most popular are Pipework, Transfer Panels and Valve Matrices.

	◄Sun-Flo™ Transfer Panels Suncombe Sun-Flo™ Transfer Panels have been produced by Suncombe for over 45 years. Used for CIP routing, SIP, product routing and a method of entry into clean areas.

These products offer ideal solutions for transferring Process between room grades, ensuring the minimum process components within the clean rooms, guaranteeing the aesthetics and surface finish on the panel facia. Available as single routing panels, valves and instruments can also be fitted on the panels to provide more involved process solutions. They can be supplied in many different orientations including leg or column mount or through wall openings.

Pipework ► Our pipework installations range from simple machine installation to an entire water loop scheme. The installations are project managed and installed to ASME BPE with full material traceability where required. All welding is carried out by orbital welders and are completed to industry expected standards.

	Valve Matrices ► Custom designed, Valve Matrices are manufactured from 316 stainless steel, with manual or automatic control options.
