Early in 2007 Allergy Therapeutics PLC (ATp) launched a project to upgrade one of their manufacturing processes for the treatment of allergies. Suncombe were awarded the contract for the detailed design and build of the 8 preassembled units that comprised the process.

SunFlo™ Transfer Panel Introduction

As one of the worlds first manufacturers of transfer panels, Suncombe Sun-Flo™ Transfer Panels have been produced by Suncombe for over 45 years. Initially used mainly for CIP routing, in the 1980’s the scope of the panels increased to include SIP and product routing and a method of entry into clean areas.

SunFlo™ Transfer Panel Design

Custom designed, Sun-Flo™ transfer panels are manufactured from 316L stainless steel, with precision bevelled edges. They are designed and built to minimize any heat build-up on the front of the panel, thereby guaranteeing the aesthetics and surface finish on the panel front.

SunFlo™ Transfer Panel Usage

Available as single straight forward routing panels, valves and instruments can also be fitted on the rear of the panels to provide more involved process solutions. They can be supplied in many different orientations including mounting on legs, on columns, or through wall openings.

Equipment Standards

EHEDG standard (180 grit) or ASME BPE standard (£0.4mm). £0.1mm and electropolished finishes available.
