2001 News: Celebrating 40 years of
Engineering Excellence 40 Years of Engineering Excellence
Our company celebrated our fortieth year of operation in 2001. Our
founder, Mr Dave Overton, working with a number of the larger Processing
companies, began developing the technology of Cleaning In Place in the
late 50's.
He recognised the many advantages of Cleaning In Place over the
traditional cleaning methods and formed Suncombe Ltd to develop the
technology.
After over 40 years of continuous development and innovation, the
Suncombe organization encompasses the entire range of hygienic
processing and cleaning products, together with a separate software
development department.
We are very proud of our heritage and are delighted that Mr. Dave
Overton is still the Chairman of our organization. He has strived to
develop a company made up of a close knit team of dedicated, experienced
engineers.
